Bachelor dentist Julian Winston (Walter Matthau) wants an excuse to keep from marrying his flighty younger girlfriend, Jill (Goldie Hawn), so he calls upon his stoic receptionist, Stephanie (Ingrid Bergman) to masquerade as his wife. Much to his surprise, Stephanie emerges from her shell during the process, which complicates matters for the already bewildered ladies' man. This comedy gem, adapted from a hit Broadway play, earned Goldie Hawn a Best Supporting Actress Oscar.

Flowers in the attic is about a family who move back to the mothers parents house after the father dies have just lost a father. The mother has gone back to win back her fathers love and to be written back into his will after she disgraced the family. The children are locked in a bedroom just under the attic as the childrens Grandfather doesn't know they exist.
The children have to share two beds between them the girls share one and the boys share one the children also have to eat their meals in the bedroom they are never allowed out in the gardens and the two older children have to keep the twins occupied

...Broken Flowers is a film directed by Jim Jarmusch whose previous film before this was Coffee and Cigarettes, released in 2003. This film was released in 2005. I haven’t seen any of his previous work.
The story starts showing somebody posting a letter. It is in a pink envelope written in red ink. This letter is what this story is all about as posting this makes a big change in somebody’s life. Showing the letter being delivered from the post box to the intended house is the opening credits to the film.
The film then moves to Don Johnston, sitting on his sofa just staring with a deadpan expression on his face. His girlfriend Sherry then appears informing him that she has packed up all of the things and is leaving. This is when you get a bit of an insight into who Don is. She tells him that she feels like a mistress even...
