If you are a fan of this series it is very worthwhile buying the DVD box set. The ability to pick and chose the episode you wish to watch goes without saying. This series also allows you to watch the pilot for the series, which has now lead to two other seperate shows of the same name, set in new locations.

Advantages: CSI __cant stop it? non stop action, humour and storyline. Disadvantages: cant.. break... away.... from.. the ... TV
...Crimesceneinvestigation.. where do I begin? On a visit to Virgin recently we discovered seasons one and two at the reduced price of £12.99 each (each box set is half a season spread over 3 disks). After being seriously addicted to the show on channel 5 and Living it took all my self restraint to not drool on the cashier. Prices range from £12.99 to £39.99, I figure I had reason to drool... that and a few certain characters from the series. More on those later ;)
On that note, this is CSI Las Vegas, not to be confused with, IMHO, inferior CSI Miami or newly released CSI New York. I find Horratio in Miami to be far too assuming, and I don't find the characters likeable. It just seems to be about the story, there is nothing personal that ever shines through. New York was just one huge let down after another. I'm a loyal Vegas fan...
