Advantages: Quite funny, interesting social commentary of the time Disadvantages: Wendy Craig's character quite annoying
...though, it would definitely be My Family – I just think it works better than Butterflies and, although it has got very silly recently, the original actors at least are all strong, whereas those in Butterflies just don’t seem to quite gel together.
Unusually for a sitcom from this era, there are extras included on the DVD. There is an interview with Carla Lane, which I found really interesting – she now lives in the middle of nowhere and tends to keep away from people as far as she can – no more celebrity parties for her. Then there is also a section on the main actors’ filmographies and another one including production notes. Advantages: Engaging thriller Disadvantages: Dissapointing final ending

Butterfly On A Wheel is an incredibly superior thriller, that's only weakness is its ending; and even then it's a double edged sword which is initially more impressive than you expect, and let down by the final 30 seconds, but I'll come back on this in a bit.

Better still this is a film that not only needs, but keeps your concentration. Within three minutes of the movie starting you get a really good vibe that everything is going to be ok, and you know you're going on the movies journey with its participants.
Brosnan is incredibly intimidating, the Irish accent is a touch annoying; but he holds it together very well...

...In this sequel to the much better film The Butterfly Effect, we see Nick Larson celebrating on the beach with his girlfriend Julie played by Erica Durance and his two friends Trevor (Dustin Milligan) and Amanda (Gina Holden). Whilst celebrating Julie's birthday Nick receives a call summoning him back to work, and on the drive back to town, Nick and his friends are suddenly involved in a terrible accident from which only Nick survives.
We then move a year later and Nick is just about getting through each day the best way he can, but he is still experiencing memory flashes of the last moments he spent with Julie and his friends. His work is suffering and he is subject to seizures and violent headaches from which he almost collapses each time these occur. These attacks tend to occur especially when he is looking at pictures in which he...
