...it Be’ it intersperses coverage of Enya with clips of the movie. Although not a particularly inspiring song on its own, it is perfect for the movie as it combines Celtic ‘mystery’ and wonderful lyrics to produce the perfect accompaniment for the movie. -An inside look at the Special Extended DVD Edition of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring – out of principal I did not initially look at this! I find it incredible that you buy this DVD only to find out that a Special Extended DVD will soon be available! Why bother buying the original – this is a con in my opinion! Saying that I finally succumbed and watched. The extended DVD is more like a directors cut - it features over 30 minutes extra footage in the movie and has far more special features. Advantages: The Blues Brothers

...the next few days. Following some divine inspiration, they decide to get their former band back together and raise the tax money by playing some shows. They have to use all their powers of persuasion but, unfortunately they also manage to upset a few people along the way; the Illinois Nazi Party; the Illinois State and Chicago City Police Departments and Jake's former fiancée. The film ends up as a cross between a car chase caper and a musical comedy. It's a genre mangling film that succeeds in being a whole lot of fun. The script is wonderful, with some of the most quotable and mis-quoted lines in film. It also contains one of the best soundtracks ever, with possibly only "The Commitments" coming anywhere near to having a soundtrack so packed with soul and R 'n' B classics. Advantages: Funny, clever, romantic

...for the characters at the same time. - "While the jukebox plays our favourite song" It's probably just me noticing this, because I love my music, but this film has a brilliant soundtrack. The more alert of you will have noticed from some of the titles of my sections that one of the songs and the soundtrack is the oh-so-predictable 'Me & Mrs Jones' by Billy Paul. Predictable it may be, but a) it's a great song, and b) I thank the powers that be that 'Doctor Jones' by Aqua didn't get on the soundtrack, because I would have had to kill someone as a consequence! But seriously, it's a stunning soundtrack (or at least the songs in the film are – not all of them made it onto the soundtrack album), because it lacks the problems of most recent soundtracks in that it doesn't restrict itself to song that came out a couple of weeks ago.
