This film is rated a PG13 or in England a 12 I would class this film as an action, comedy this film runs for 1hr 44min And it was released in cinemas on April 16, 2003
A monk (Chow Yun-Fat) and a thief (Seann William Scott) start to work as a team when the thief becomes caught up in the middle of the monks trouble to protect some scrolls that he was given Sixty years ago, he was given the responsibility of protecting the for 60 years. After the 60 years was up and all that time travelling around the world in search of the next person to protect these scrolls the new carer which end’s up to be Kar (Seann William Scott), a common thief living in the city of San Francisco. After trying to teach Kar in fighting and keeping himself alive so that he could fight the monk with no name’s enemy a Nazi German who wants the power to live forever or to make him younger again. Bullet-proof Monk was originally taken from a comic book series published in 1999 Actors/Actresses in this film include:

I think this film was alright film lets just say that it was definitely an action film, but I believe it could have been a little bit better myself. They could of went into the story line a little more about the nameless monks training how he was picked and just a bit more background information about him.Anyone who likes Seann William Scott will enjoy this film as well as those fans of martial arts. Its full of action, some laughs and one to watch with some friends in front of the telly with some popcorn and a nice cold drink. I would recommend this film and the certificate is correct rating for it contains some blood and bad language.
Best bit for me was when they the monk and Kar bumped into each other at the station and Kar stole the scrolls off of the monk and the monk stole Kar’s Stuff.
I would recommend this film to watch definitely

Advantages: funny, good martial arts, sexy women, great stunts and fights and doesn't take itself too seriously Disadvantages: tries too hard to be good, bit boring and pointless
