...Hordern - Atropos Directed by Jack Gold Produced by Lew Grade Summing Up And DVD Details ------------------------------------------- When I saw this movie in the early 80's it was on late at night, and it kept me awake all night thinking about it. So imagine my surprise when I found the movie in HMV bearing a PG certificate. Surely it has to be cut? That was my initial thought. But no this was not to be the case; I actually discovered later that it was more complete than when it was screened on television. Lee Remick a pivotal actress of the 1970's now passed is both beautiful and certainly the weight carrying load of this movie. Yes if I were in need of a psychiatrist I'd be looking for her. Advantages: Best of series one with great additions!

...Little Britain has become somewhat of a cult in Britain. And if you haven't watched it yet, you really should give it a go. Matt Lucas and David Walliams plays a whole mix of characters across Britain including Lou and Andy, Kenny Craig, Sebastian, Vicky Pollard, Marjorie Dawes and many more! The story follows all these characters with their varying problems in life. Vicky Pollard always getting into trouble, Sebastian fancying the Prime Minister, Daffyd wanting to be the only gay in the village, and much more. There are some great extras on this DVD including all the Comic Relief sketches, which includes Elton John being interviewed by Daffyd, the only gay in the village, George Michaels meeting Lou and Andy, and Robbie Williams dreessing up as a lady!
