Brothers In Arms - The Real Band Of Brothers (DVD)

Advantages: The very best of Dire Straits Music.
Disadvantages: None!

...the lyrics and haunting tones in these two tunes that make them feel this way to me. The rest of the album really is great feel good music though. This is not my top CD I have in my collection, but it certainly is high on my list, is a great album I really enjoy listening to and also one that I highly recommend. I bought this Brothers In Arms CD not long after it was released into the Album chart, as at that time, CDs where just coming on to the market for sale and Brothers In Arms was one of the first Albums to be released onto CD I remember. Well of course back in the eighties Dire Straits where a very successful Rock Group and I could not get enough of their great sounding music to listen to, so of course I had to have this CD to try out for myself and to hear the newest sounds and lyrics from this great rock band. Advantages: great graphics for the Nintendo DS
Disadvantages: The controls can be a bit Fiddly

...Brothers in arms is an absolutely fantastic game to play on the Nintendo DS and unlike the game Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix the graphics are amazingly good. I am a big fan of war games such as Medal of Honour, Call of Duty and Brothers in arms. Brothers in arms was the first war/shooter game i had purchased for my Nintendo DS and i was definately damn well impressed. The deaths look real, the explosions sound cool and it's fun when you get to drive a car and a tank. Up's - superb graphics : the Nintendo DS in my opinion has notoriously bad graphics when playing certain games such as Harry Potter. So when i inserted the game into my Nintendo DS i was pleasantly surprised to find well structured images and no flaky outlines of the buildings, people, tanks, etc. sound : very realistic, the nintendo DS... Advantages: As close as it gets to the real thing?
Disadvantages: May be uncomfortably close for some?

First of all, I realize that my review about Band of Brothers is quite lengthy, and for that I apologize because I am aware that long commentaries have the habit of becoming tedious or even self indulgent.. But I feel I would be doing a great disservice to the Band of Brothers experience by not being as thorough as possible. Experiencing Band of Brothers starts not in the battlefields of Europe, nor in Camp Toccoa, Georgia.
