British Superbike Review 2004 DVD

Advantages: Race coverage, commentary, EXCITEMENT!!!!
Disadvantages: Not many driver interviews

...I have been following the BTCC since 1998, and I have to say that it is now more exciting than it has EVER been!!. The 2004 BTCC season saw the closest title battle ever known, against the VX Racing team mates. The BTCC always produces wheel to wheel and bumper to bumper racing action!!, and the 2004 season is no exception to this fact!!. There is also some excellent on-board race footage!!. The BTCC DVD does dissapoint when it comes to Extras on the DVD, however this DVD also contains the BTCC Masters race, which was a one off race where past BTCC legends, such as Alain Menu, John Cleland, Kelvin Burt, Tim Harvey and many many more, were reunited, and what a fantastic race it was too!!. The race coverage is excellent!!, with every single race covered (The BTCC is made up of 3 races per event). Do not miss your opportunity... Read review

...To say I was disappointed after watching this DVD is an understatement. During the late 1990s I was heavily in to World Superbikes and religiously followed every single race and round. I was lucky enough to attend the British rounds held at Donnington Park and the Irish rounds held at Brands Hatch with my father for around 5 years on the trot. Foggy, probably Ducati's largest marketing tool ever, was my hero and I always hope that one day I would be able to crank a bike over at 45 degrees around a bend like he could. Foggy was awesome both on and off the track. Behind the hard-man image and those trademark 'eyes' was a real family man that devoted a lot of his life to his wife and two daughters. I have just finished reading his auto biography "Foggy". Obtaining a copy of this book was a mission in itself. It was first published... Read review

...A dissapointing season as a liverpool fan again but an improvement on the 2002-2003 season finishing 4th place and grabbing the champions league spot from under the noses of newcastle. This dvd features highlights of all this seasons games and the highs and the lows of a season which saw Houllier bring french starlets le talles and pongolle to the club and steve finnan and harry kewel, also everyone expecting liverpool to challeange premiership title was dented by christmas, this dvd shows you every single game we had in the 2003-2004 season it also has alot of interviews from the staff and players at liverpool, this dvd could of been much better and the qaulity of it was ok could of been better...
