Plot - Jess is a young boy who is shy and attends elementary school. His family is not very well off and are struggling. The new girl at his school is, Leslie, who is a great runner. Jess does not want to know her at first but she insists on speaking to him. They soon become friends when Leslie Offers Jess some chewing gum on the school bus home. Jess has a love for drawing but keeps it a secret. He tells Leslie about it as they become closer. One day they go into the woods together and find a rope to swing across a river. Whilst their they find an old tree house. They invent a new world of their own called Terabithia. Through their imaginative eyes the world becomes alive. Back in the real world they stick together and plot against the schools bullies.

Due to the fact that there are no squirrels in New Zealand, all squirrel shots were either prerecorded or digitally added in.
Opinion - I found this a very interesting movie and really enjoyed it. Although, some people may find that it is for children. I think it's worth at least one watch!!!
