Dracula, most feared of all vampires, recreated for your viewing pleasure. He renounces his god on the death of his wife Elizabetha, and becomes the undead, searching eternity for his lost love.

Dracula, (Gary Oldman) a seductive killer, finding his Elizabetha reincarnated as Mina, (Winona Rider), determined she will love him again.

Dracula, the eccentric count who employs Mina's intended husband Jonathan (Keanu Reeves),to buy him property in England. Once inside the castle Jonathan is trapped, sucked of enough blood to keep him alive, yet too weak to run away. Now leaving Mina alone Dracula takes his opportunity and travels to reclaim her. He feeds on her best friend in order to become strong, the slowly seduces his beloved.

Meanwhile Doctor Van Helsing has seen the signs and knows the vampire is there, Helsing sets out to destroy him. Jonathan returns to claim his bride, Dracula is cast aside once again. Helsing burns Dracula's home in England with a little help from Jonathan and some others.

While the men are busy Dracula goes to Mina again, this time she does not resist him, she wants to be like him and become a bride of the darkness.

Will Dracula get the girl? Will Jonathan and Dr Helsing destroy the beast? You will just have to watch this film and find out.

This film has beautiful gothic imagery, a strong soundtrack, wonderful cast and is directed by Francis Ford Coppola. It is a romance, a horror, and an adventure. For those who love vampires this is a must.
