He has worked with rock, R'n'B and Soul artists. From working with Janet and Micheal Jackson, TLC, Texas, Rolling Stones to Beyonce.
The bodylicios dvd is a workout fitness plan. Its reasonably short so it can fit into anyones day without ... ...idea is to tone trim and slim. The exercises are not difficul to understand which is a plus but that doesnt mean that it wont hurt!
The background dancers are good but dont seem very motivated as you might see in other fitness vids. But the dance they perform at the very beginning of the dvd before LaVelle introduces himself is impressive.

Advantages: Learn some tricky dance moves and have fun Disadvantages: A bit slow in showing any real aerobic results
This was a fun workout video albeit a bit difficult in parts.
However if you stick with it you can learn some really funky dance routines which are fun to do - but the complexity of it kind of put me off doing it regular enough for me to get any really aerobic benefit.
But its certainly fun but i wouldn't be expecting the results it promises and even the extras about healthy diet etc is a bit weak and to be honest the overall dancers in the video ...
