I bought this dvd because it was so cheap, I thought I had a bargain at £2.99.
When I played the dvd I discovered that it was presented by a group of American fitness gurus who I found it hard to take seriously. The dvd is not an actual routine. It is a series of sections where the presenters basically show you how to use equipment that the majority of the country just do not own! If you own a home gym with a cycle machine, rowing machine etc then maybe this dvd would be useful.
I felt like I had been tricked out of my money as the only exercises I could do on this dvd were push ups and sit ups. I was very disappointed.
The dvd is basically a chance for the presenters to show off their bodies in the sun. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy it.
