Review of Bob The Builder - Snowed Under - Bobblesberg Winter Games (DVD)
Advantages: Entertains the little one and hasn't been on TV yet, so has novelty value. Disadvantages: Almost too good - my little one wants it on all the time.
This feature length Bob the Builder film hasn't been shown on TV and so is great to provide a real distraction (and allow you an hour or so's peace)!
Bob and the team travel to Bobblesburg for the winter games between the home team and Bobsville, and end up having to muck in to help build the courses so that the games can go ahead.
My 2 and a half year old loves this, and took instantly to the new characters Benny and Zoomer - Benny has since turned ... ...Builder on TV. If anything the main problem with it is that, as with 99% of kids DVDs, it is a bit boring to watch, as an adult, after the 50th time! However, as with all the best kid's DVDs these days there are things to appeal to adults - Ulrika Jonsenn yodelling isn't something you hear every day!
I would certainly recommend this to anyone wanting some peace and quiet, particularly over Christmas! ...

Advantages: great for the kids, keeping them occupied for hours! Disadvantages: none!
...just can't get enough of bob and his special talking friends! In this feature length DVD Bob gets together with his team of machines to travel to the Winter games in a snowy Bobblesberg.
They have to build a log cabin for the Bobsville Mayoress, but a huge snowstorm hits and disaster strikes!.... I won't tell u anymore otherwise i'l spoil the story!!! But as ever the question is will bob and his friends be able to fix the problem and build the log ...
