'Boat Trip' is a decent film, worth viewing if you're a comedy fan. Two best friends, Jerry (Cuba Gooding Jr.) and Nick (Horatio Sanz) book a boat trip to try to score with lots of women, to help Jerry's depression after a split from a relationship. However Nick pisses off the travel agent, and they end up stranded in the ocean with hundreds of randy gay men! Howver, Jerry does find one woman on board - could you have guessed it would be a gorgeous Latina and they eventually fall in love? I thought it was kinda predictable. Nick spends the rest of the trip pretending to be gay so as to get closer with the Swedish Tanning Team - Led by Victoria Silvstedt - who had been stranded after a crash, until their machowoman coach intervenes!
Yes, a very funny film, original idea but what happens afterwards isnt hard to predict, and Jerry and the woman onboard get together. However it's worth seeing for the laugh, if you can handle the frequent crude references - including a blowjob with a banana and an incident involving sperm. In my opinion these cringe-worthy moments make you feel somewhat guilty for watching the film, and although are humourous can be somewhat uncomfortable.
You can get this film pretty cheap. About 6-8 pounds on most internet shops - i got it for £4 on eBay.
