Ive just come back from watchin the boat trip dvd and had to tell you all about it. It is not a film i'd choose to watch normally but pleased i did.
Without giving too much away ill try to give a quick run through of the plot. Jerry is dumped by his girlfriend so in an attempt to make his friend feel better best mate Nick books them on a singles cruise. Problem is they end up on a gay cruise and are not too happy about it. Soon things pick up, Jerry realises not all employees are male and Nick is delighted when the boat rescues the Swedish tanning team.
First of all the film is very funny, you'll find yourself laughing constantly at the simple yet mature humour throughout. The star studded cast have all gavin a magnificant performance to make this a film you won't forget quickly. With plenty of reference to sex (although no sexual images) its probably not a film you would watch with the family but more likely to have a good time with a group of friends.
The plot is by no means a complex and thrilling however it does have a good storyline and one that is easy to follow. This makes it perfect for watchin with friends as even if you miss a bit you'll soon pick up right where you left off.
If you want a deep story that will keep you on the edge of your seat then Boat Trip is not for you but if its a good laugh your after, stick Boat Trip in the dvd playing, sit back and prepare for 90 minutes of side splitting comedy.
