...The Red Hot Chili Peppers were formed over 20 years ago and with their latest release , Californication, have reinvented the funk / pop genre. This DVD takes a look at how the Red Hots recorded their 1991 success Blood Sugar Sex Magic. The DVD starts of with Anthony (the lead singer) talking about his influences and then then the DVD takes a look at how each song on the album was created.
One drawback is that the DVD is in black and white, but this does not detract much from the enjoyment of the DVD.
This DVD is a must for any fan of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and is very interesting for anyone who is interested in music at all....

...About the band
Motorhead are a legendary British Heavy Metal band. Formed in 1975, they have gained popularity with such classic albums as overkill and Ace of spades. Their songs cover lots of subjects and many are about life on the road. They remain as a trio and still regularly tour unlike many bands of their status.
About the DVD
Everything louder than everything else was recorded live in Munich at the Deutsches museum. It has twelve tracks including ace of spades and killed by death. Another important fact to point out is that the DVD is mainly in black and white and however hard i can try i can't think of a good reason for them to do this. It has interview bits which are humourous and, as always, entertaining. It has been edited a fair bit also but if you look at it overall, it is a fair DVD for the price you can get...

Advantages: dramatically sound sci fi,excellent quality,very well shot and directed, Disadvantages: obviously not up to todays special FX standards which may be a disadvantage to some viewers
...'s soon discovered that two of the queen ants have flown from the nest and so the search continues.This time leading to the storm drains of LA and finally James Whitmores final battle as he tries to save not only his own life but also that of some children which become trapped.
So many remarkable scenes in "THEM" which are played excellently throughout and for me it's all the better for being in black and white. "
THEM " is definitely a film you should see and a high quality DVD transfer plus original artwork is very well worth having. No extras here though except the original trailer. Incidentally although the film is in black and white you'll notice the title is in color, which was done to make more of an impact , as was the whole film which was originally to have been shot in 3D , but as there were some technical problems whch prevented...

Advantages: This DVD will make you laugh your head off and is widscreen too*** Disadvantages: The two main characters are in-experienced
...This DVD is about to black men who have to escort two lovely ladies to a fashion show.But on the way they have a crash and the two ladies have small cuts on their faces and refuse to go to the fashion show so the two black fbi agents make themselves look like these white women and have to do the fashion show with absolute no knowledge of fashion at all. This film would make anyone laugh and is the best film of the year as yet.The film is not based on a true life story but as the producer said there was probally one idiot thats done it before. This film is a six-teen but can be bought as a pg with deleted scenes....

Advantages: video, sound, and acting Disadvantages: remake of an old classic
...This movie has some wonderful and excitingly scary special effect. The story is confusing, as it should be in horror/ suspense movies. The jump factor is real and the acting is satisfactory. I had to buy this film as soon as it went to DVD. In comparison to the old Black and White movie "The Haunting of Hill House" the newer one is easier to understand and gives more back ground. But the old one showed no blood, no monsters, and no gore... so everything played on your personal emotions and mentality. So there were alot more jumps and scared in the older one, but better video in the new one. BOTH a must for horror lovers everywhere....
