Adam Sandler is now a major Hollywood player, doing movies such as ‘Punch drunk love’ and ‘Anger Management’. Although funny and successful films, I do not believe they measure up to the work he did at the beginning of his career. However stupid and ridicules his movies were, they would always make the audience laugh. This is what Adam Sandler is remembered for. Such movies as ‘Overboard’, ‘Happy Gilmore’ and ‘The Waterboy’. Well Billy Madison is one of his original classics. The film contains every stupid element, you do not think you would find funny: from imaginary penguins to gay a principle. But you find you have to laugh at the outrageous humour. I admit I do enjoy the film even if the story does not seem that feasible. Billy Madison is a movie about a millionaire’s son called, ‘Billy Madison’ who spends his time getting drunk in the sun with his mates (which comes across quite funny). His father owns Madison hotels – a hotel business that made him very rich. Being disappointed with his offspring, his father decides to hand over the business to one of his most ambitious employees. (Who just so happens to hate Billy Madison). To prevent the company going in to the wrong hands, Billy Madison goes back to school, repeating every school year win his fathers faith and to save the company. The film is simple but funny can provide fun for all the family, even if a bit childish at times. A good, good film.
I recommend it to everyone.

This has to be my fav Adam Sandler film along with 'The Wedding Singer'. I thought Bridget Wilson-Sampras was really hot and I loved that scene when she's taking her clothes off when he gets the answers right. --Chris--

Advantages: Its mindless rather than mindnumbing. Giving you a good laugh without making you think. Disadvantages: Not remarkable and falls flat in places.
