I have really enjoyed using Billy Banks Tae-Bo DVD. The 4th DVD is really good fun, and although I'm already quite fit it pushes me physically, unlike some other exercise videos. The abs and bums one is also a really hard work out, and I cant' help but think it must be quite effective. However, you are actally only really getting 3 DVDs for you money, and the 2nd and 4th DVDs are the same (except for the addition of an 8-minute workout on the 4th).
There is a chapter on each disc about how to do Tae-Bo correctly, and prevent injury. This takes about 40 minutes to go through the first time, but you only need to do it once. It shows you how to correctly throw a punch, stand, and protect yourself from injury. It's all well explained.
Billy Banks starts each DVD with a warm up section to get the body moving, before progressing to a selection of workouts, so there will be one to pick however much time you have available / which part of your body or CV fitness you want to target. It is easy to alter the exercises to make them the right level for yourself, and there is always a group of instructors in the background who are doing things slightly different ways, so you can see a way that fits you.
The instructors in the background aren't super-fit, and they have to stop for a drink etc from time to time too, so that makes me feel better! Also , there is an old woman and a young child joining in, so you can think "if they can do it , so can I!"
The second instructor , a female, has a slightly irritating motivational voice, but it didn't take long to get used to her. Billy Banks himself is a great instructor. He does coach the instructors, not the watcher at home, so either you have to do "right" when he says "left", or you can't mirror him, but again that's fairly minor and easy to work out.
Overall, I had lots of fun using these DVDs, and I would recommend them.

I have the videos, and have really enjoyed them but the quality is deteriorating now so have been thinking of getting them on dvd. Good review of them, Sue
