Billy Blank's Tae-Bo (The Ultimate Box Set)

I have really enjoyed using Billy Banks Tae-Bo DVD. The 4th DVD is really good fun, and although I'm already quite fit it pushes me physically, unlike some other exercise videos. The abs and bums one is also a really hard work out, and I cant' help but think it must be quite effective. However, you are actally only really getting 3 DVDs for you money, and the 2nd and 4th DVDs are the same (except for the addition of an 8-minute workout on the 4th). ...

Billy Banks starts each DVD with a warm up section to get the body moving, before progressing to a selection of workouts, so there will be one to pick however much time you have available / which part of your body or CV fitness you want to target. It is easy to alter the exercises to make them the right level for yourself, and there is always a group of instructors in the background who are doing things slightly different ... Read review

I have tried many many workout videos! Each have eithered not pushed me enough or bored me after a while! These are different! The boxing element makes it more fun then other \'aerobic\' excerise dvds, and it continously challenges you to work harder! It definately improved my fitness as you are being pushed more and more. It works you hard for that half hour and it can be fitted into your day easily, i highly recommend this boxset as i still continue doing it now, months after i bought it! I was bought this DVD as a christmas present by my husband (think he was trying to tell me something), I was expecting the same old keep fit dvd, same moves. ...to doing constant repitions of sit-ups or some other boring exercise, but when I was doing the Tae Bo workouts, I was so distracted by perfecting my kicking and punching that I forgot I was exercising half the time!
