TaeBo Cardio is a workout-and-a-half. I use it as my main fitness workout, and the results have been amazing. I also do Billy's Flex workout and the two Contact workouts that use the "Billy's Bag," but Cardio is my 'tough' workout DVD. If you are new to TaeBo, start with his Basic workout, but after you do that one for a couple of weeks, I think you could go straight to this one. You need to have (or develop) good coordination and balance to do Billy's workouts, but that's something you want anyway, right? TaeBo Cardio does a good job of warming you up, getting your heart rate up and then cooling you down. Billy's a pro, and it shows. Make no mistake, if you give TaeBo Cardio your best effort, it will work you hard. Billy is demanding, but some of us (me!) need a little forceful motivation to get us up and moving. I am usually a sweaty mess after doing TaeBo Cardio, but grinning and feeling great. If you are looking for an energetic, heart-pumping workout, this is for you.
