...TaeBo Cardio is a workout-and-a-half. I use it as my main fitness workout, and the results have been amazing. I also do Billy's Flex workout and the two Contact workouts that use the "Billy's Bag," but Cardio is my 'tough' workout DVD.
If you are new to TaeBo, start with his Basic workout, but after you do that one for a couple of weeks, I think you could go straight to this one. You need to have (or develop) good coordination and balance to do Billy's workouts, but that's something you want anyway, right? TaeBo Cardio does a good job of warming you up, getting your heart rate up and then cooling you down. Billy's a pro, and it shows.
Make no mistake, if you give TaeBo Cardio your best effort, it will work you hard. Billy is demanding, but some of us (me!) need a little forceful motivation to get us up and moving. I am usually a sweaty...

...Have been wanting to try billyblanks workout dvd's for a long time so decided to look on amazon and got it for 3.95. I thought since so cheap might aswell give it a go.
Tae bo blends your own hidden strength with moves from self-defence, dance and boxing.
This dvd contains two parts, instructional and tae bo basics.
The best way is do the instructional part first for a few times to get use to the moves which are quite hard to master. Billy is a good instructor and you warm to his personality very quickly, he shows you the best way to stand, how to position your arms to punch and legs to kick correctly so you do not hurt yourself.
The main part of the dvd is only about 20 minutes long but my god you sweat it combines what you have learnt from the instructional part of this dvd with fast moves. I find trying to copy Billy is quite...

...As i had wanted to get fit for quite some time, i found this tae bo exercise video and thought i would give it a try and was amazed at how good it is.
BillyBlank has a mixture of people doing exercises with him ranging from the really fit to the not so fit and it is managable by everyone. You are pushed to just as far as you can go and it is a great way of keeping fit. It is a mixture of kickboxing and aerobics. It sounds strange but i found it good fun and even got the kids joining in on this one!!
There are a number of different moves including kicks and punches that really get the muscles working. Doing this exercise routine a few times a week is good fun but it can get a bit boring watching the same thing over and over...
