Advantages: Great Action and Comedy Sequences Disadvantages: Jumpy, cuts from past to present a lot, need to keep up
...Two escaped convicts run from the police and set up a plan that will see them attempt to become band robbers of different kind. This skillful masterplan seems to work and the group makes enough money to have them classed as “the sleepover bandits” all over the country. The comic genius and timing of Billy Bob Thornton mixes well with the delightful Bruce Willis in what can only be described as one of the best comedy-action films around. However, things can’t all go smoothly and true enough in steps Cate Blanchett, who acts as the stunningly sexy lady who is interested in one of the bandits, but which one? Playing with their hearts, will she be the one to tear apart “the sleepover bandits”? Not likely....

...Burt Reynolds stars as the Bandit who takes a challenge to bring back a lorry load of beer in a certain time. He gets together with his buddy The Snowman who drives the truck and the two set off to get the booze. The Bandit in his rather nice Trans Am drives like a nutter. On the way he manages to pick up Sally Field who is trying to escape a wedding to the Sheriff’s son and the two take chase. The Sheriff (Buford T Justice) will do anything to catch the bandit and some great chase scenes follow as the race across state after state.
This is a classic 1980’s American country comedy movie and well worth a watch to see how comedy has changed in the movies....

Advantages: Bonus CD (worth in itself) Disadvantages: Need more APC
...After frantically tearing apart that frustrating plastic wrapper from the standard DVD casing for A Perfect Circle's "aMOTION" I was not dissappointed.
At first glance of the Main Menu, the graphics are subtle yet clever and pleasing to the eye. But swiftly moving onto the good stuff....
The DVD: -
Top video.
The Outsider: - Absolutely awsome concept. The Man who decided it would be entertaining to display a bunch of vuluptuous women prance about in bikinis whilst swinging various deadly weapons around in a threatening manner deserves to receive a medal of honour. The disc also includes an uncut version of this vid in the bonus materials section where you can see the Bakini Bandits doing their thang in a bit more exciting detail....nice!
All the other music vids are equally as entertaining but the best part of the disc for me...
