This is one out of Beverley Callard's four fitness dvd's and although I find her really annoying in Coronation Street I can't fault her dvd!! I have 3 out of the four and find this one of my favourites. It looks quite dated now (don't think you would catch anyone in the gym wearing the outfits nowadays!!) but it still does the job!

Beverley has been taking aerobics classes for years and really does know her stuff, you have a certain amount of respect for what she's telling you as you know she has the experience to back it up - not just a celeb who's released a fitness dvd to make money. She's always been the same slim shape for years (as we've all seen in the soap) so you know her regime must work for her.

She breaks the program down into sections so you know what area you are focusing on - warm up, cardio, upper body, lower body and cool down, she keeps it really upbeat and fun and you can't help but enjoy it! You have the option to add weights but no other equipment is necessary.
Bevely is taking a class of male of female students which you are introduced to and because she interacts with them whilst also talking down the camera to you, you really do feel like part of the class. One of the girls is constantly counting how many reps you do while Beverly talks through the move with you which is good because you always know how many more moves you've got left to do, really helps you get through theose squats (feel the burn!!!)
I felt challenged by it and I have lots of fitness dvd's to compare it with. Can honestly say I ached the next day so it must be doing something! Ideal for beginners and intermediates alike, probably not challengine enough if you are used to hard workouts, but I really feel like it works you out enough, definitely a fun workout that i'm sure would give "rapid results" if you stick at it!!!!!!!!
