The DVD features the video's of some of Bowie's most successful songs, as well as plenty of archive and live footage from show's such the Old Grey Whistle Test', 'Top Of The Pops' and similar shows. The videos are ordered chronologically, starting with the earliest and working forward from there. ...I bought the Adam and Joe DVD as a present for my boyfriend knowing he'd enjoyed watching it back in the day (the show ran from 1996 to 2001). Although I enjoyed watching the series I wasn't expecting too much from the DVD as there were a few sketches that were always a bit hit or miss. However the DVD is a condensed version of the four series' of "The Adam and Joe show" that were originally shown on channel 4. It contains all the "best bits" and is to summarize in one word- HILARIOUS, The show took the form of short sketches with links filmed in Adam and Joe's "bedsit" in London. 'Adam and Joe' are Adam Buxton and Joe Cornish, two friends who met at school and have been working together on comedy sketches and projects ever since. From 1990 to 2000, U2 made 5 original albums ("Achtung Baby" [1991]; "Zooropa" [1993]; "Passengers" [1995]; "Pop" [1997]; "All that you can't leave behind" [2000]).There are two best of U2 divided into two periods : 1980-1990 & 1990-2000 and songs which do not appear on U2 albums but on films soundtrack. If you compare the CD and the DVD, you'll note that there are more videos on this DVD, that's why I find it definitely more interesting. The main difference is that on the CD, you'll find the song "The first time" (which first appeared on "Zooropa") and as for the limited edition, a number of b-sides and remixes whereas they are not on the DVD.
