...baby" and "Zooropa".
From 1990 to 2000, U2 made 5 original albums ("Achtung Baby" [1991]; "Zooropa" [1993]; "Passengers" [1995]; "Pop" [1997]; "All that you can't leave behind" [2000]).There are two best of U2 divided into two periods : 1980-1990 & 1990-2000 and songs which do not appear on U2 albums but on films soundtrack.
If you compare the CD and the DVD, you'll note that there are more videos on this DVD, that's why I find it definitely more interesting. The main difference is that on the CD, you'll find the song "The first time" (which first appeared on "Zooropa") and as for the limited edition, a number of b-sides and remixes whereas they are not on the DVD.

Advantages: Another great collection of classics Disadvantages: Still some glaring omissions
...The 'Very Best Of...Volume 2' DVD is excellent but once again is something of a wasted opportunity and is something of an ecletic mix.
The episodes featured here are mostly wonderful but just as Volume 1 was basically a selection of Series 7 episodes this is a selection of Series 8 episodes but with one surprise inclusion:- 'The Bath' is an outstanding black and white episode from the 1963 Series 2. Like most of the original 1960's episodes it is sheer quality and has more cutting edge and sharper humour than the later 1970's episodes.
The problem with its rightful inclusion in a 'Very Best Of' collection is that its sound and picture quality is at odds with the rest of this particular collection.
Here is a run through of the 5 episodes on offer - once again, despite the omissions (still no 'Divided We Stand' perhaps...

Advantages: hilarious, Atkinson is a comedy genius Disadvantages: only 3 episodes, expensive way to get the whole set
..., and each episode isn't too long, so inbetween lectures or doing my disertation I can watch just one or two episodes before brewing a strong cuppa and continuing my work.
The DVD contains 3 episodes, each with three short sketches. The first, episode 1 has the sketches; The exam - in this one Mr Bean does not know a single answer to the paper, he tries everything to try and write something. He scribbles out, draws pictures and even tries to cheat by copying others. In the end he just bides his time by playing with his novelty stationery.
2. On the beach - Mr Bean tries to get changed to go and enjoy the beach. But hetries to do so completely without taking his trousers off. 3. The Church - In this episode many can sympathise, Mr Bean desperaley tries to stay awake through the service, and finds funny ways of doing so.
Episode 2 in the dvd...
