...Introduction
----------------
I am currently learning the 'art' of bellydancing, I have been attending classes at my old junior school since last September. As classes are only once a week and not on at all over the summer holidays I have bought a couple of dvds with which I can practice at home. This dvd is suitable for those that are just starting to learn bellydancing, those who have been doing it for a little longer may find some of the moves a bit basic. After learning for a year, I find this dvd covers things we've gone over and over in class already so to me I want a dvd that's a bit more advanced. I use this dvd to practise moves I already know.

Advantages: Fun, great music, basic and easy to understand Disadvantages: not so good to "get fit", too basic at some points

I used to dance competitively across the country in similar styles to this one, and the routines are fairly basic, and I dont think it...

...For those unfamiliar with Aerobics Oz Style, it is Australia's most popular daily routine shows with over 40 million viewers worldwide.
Each demonstration has 5 or 6 attractive ladies in the background, with an instructor at the front. The instructor changes on a daily basis, to provide variety in the routines. Each routine has a warm-up session, a toning session and a cool-down/stretch session.

In the UK, the show can be seen on Sky Sports.
Along with the daily broadcasts, the team have also produced a number of video/DVD releases, of which BellyDance Fitness is one. I have always had a fleeting interest in indian culture, the music and dance telling a story, so when I saw this on the shelves of my local shop, I bought it to have a look.
Admittedly...
