Last night Behindenemylines was on Film Four and I thought I?d give it ago, I had never heard of the film before and so did not know what to expect, I always give the info on the TV a read before getting into a new film as unfortunately I am one of the Biased people of the world who find a film more worth trying if it has good actors and a good synopsis. Judging a book by its cover and all that (slap on the wrists).
First impressions
Before the film had started I had my doubts, the cast of actors includes Owen Wilson, and after seeing more than a fair share of his films, I was doubtful to whether he could pull off what was being described on the TV info as an ?action/thriller? I have never seen him in a serious role and although this gave doubts it also intrigued me into seeing the film and made me want to see if he would fail ...
Advantages: Can play without the disc so you can lend it to a friend for multiplayer games, great detail and lasts for ever. Disadvantages: Very slow in multi-player, sometimes stupid AI.
I bought this game for 15 quid second hand along with 'Beyond The Call Of Duty' because i remebered reading a review of it and thought it looked quite good. I didnt think wrong. The amount of detail in this game is astounding, both in the graphics and the gameplay.
The game is set in World War 2 and you control a squad of up to six commandos on sabotage and rescue missions. Each commando has a different ability, the six main characters that you use are:
-Green Beret: He can carry dead bodies and oil barrels. He also has a decoy radio and a knife which he can use to lure gaurds away from their post so you can kill them silently and out of sight with a knife.
-Sniper: Duh. Just snipes. Sometimes has a med-kit.
-Sapper: Demolitions expert. Has grenades, timebombs,TNT, wirecutters,and a mantrap.
-Spy: Can steal enemy ...
Advantages: action packed Disadvantages: needs more of a story line

At the end of the film he is pined down behind his ejection seat because a sniper who has been tracking him down finds him.
Even when he has the chance to save himself he risks his own life again to get the hard disk with photos of the mass graves of people that were killed by the serbs.
Behindenemylines faired well at the box office and made £2.7m in uk and $60m in the usa and i think its a great film that is at least worth you renting.
