Beginners Guide To DIY (DVD)

Advantages: has alot of their well known songs, and some great lesser known ones
Disadvantages: they have left off quitea few of their singles

...A compilation spanning all seven studio albums, an album which has alot of their famous singles e.g. parklife, song 2, beetlebum, and has the non album single popscene, plus alot of classic album tracks that the casual listener might have not heard. This double album has 25 songs and covers all of their sound from the early days of the leasure with shes so high the brit pop years with girls & boys, for tomorrow, advert and the universal, and also their final albums with trimm trabb and out of time. In my personal opinion it is a very good album with exelent music showing blurs different styles over the years butjust as they did on their 2000 compilation the best of they have left out a few of their famous and i dare say most loved singles on this album such as country house, theres no other way M.O.R. and to the end to name a few... ...I have two small daughters who love books and also love bears so 'The Beginner's Guide to Bears' was an excellent choice for them. Although it looks like a story book, and indeed its content is entirely fictional, it takes on the guise of a manual which informs its young reader about everything that bears like and do! The book starts by explaining the very special relationship that exists between bears and children: You need a bear And a bear needs you. You and a bear Together makes two. It then goes on to discuss what bears look like, the games they want to play, the food they enjoy (honey of course but lots of other things besides!), the weather they enjoy, how to look after them when they are ill and what they need at bedtime! Advantages: Beautifully illustrated, great theme

...~~First impressions~~ I often borrow books for my children from the local library and was delighted to discover this gem of a book on my last trip. The book was only published this year and unusually for the library it was in excellent condition! I was only the 2nd person to borrow it though!. The copy I have is different to the one pictured above but the bears are in the same style. The front cover of the book features the title and authors name with three beautifully illustrated bears on a pale green background. The back cover is the same pale green and has some of the wording from the book along with another bear. As you open the book the inside cover is the same green with lots of drawn outlines of bears ( think early animation). ~~Bears, bears, bears~~ The book is not a story as such but is about childrens relationships...
