The quality of the rap stands out, even to the uneducated ear, and those who have no knowledge of the rap scene will find that by the end they have gained an understanding of why rappers are so driven by what they do and why rap is so important to them. If this movie has a failing, it is that it doesn't always explore the more dangerous areas of the genre - racism, violence, social class and so on. However, overall it is an inspiring movie without too many delusions of grandeur.
Also features a cameo appearance from acclaimed rapper Xzibit.

Quality
Both sound and picture quality of this DVD are brilliant it has sharp picture quality and amazing sound quality making the rapping come to life as music is what this DVD is based on.
It's a very good quality DVD throughout the film can't fault it at all.
Price & Availability
This DVD all though around 9 years old is still available in shops I have recently seen it available in Tesco extra and Asda. It's also available online from various places and it's probably available in places such as HMV and other stores that sell DVDs.
You can buy a copy of this for around £5-£8 which is a bargain...

I would recommend anyone to watch it coz it is such a good film. You can buy it from all leading stores I personal bought mine from tescos online for £4.99 and think that its well worth the money. It is a good and really cheap to buy. Great film....
