...I love my horror films, always have done... Saw opens with two men, Adam and Dr. Lawrence Gordon being held captive in a dingy, mold-infested bathroom. They are both chained by ankle to pipes, and are both at opposite ends of the bathroom, neither one knowing how they got there or why, and between them also lies a corpse, which certainly would add to the tension of being in that room. They each then find a micro-cassette in their pocket as a voice ridicules them as to the reason they are held captive, Gordon is told he must kill Adam by 6:00 or his wife and child will be killed. And I'm sure for most people out there, faced with the choice between him or your family. You'd choose to murder to protect almost every time unless you thought there was another solution. ...in a days. When they arrive to Las Vegas,they have a room in a hotel,and there,they drink a lot and consumed cocaine. One of them,Robert Boyd,( Christian Slater ),contract a prostitute,and she goes to the hotel. When she is there,Adam Berkom,( Daniel Stern ),other friend,decided make love with her and they go the bathroom. Unfortunatelly,when they are making love,he shove her to the wall of the bathroom and she strikes with a hanger,and this pierce her neck and she deads. All the friends are frightened and nervous for the incident,but they must calm the situation and look for a solution. They decided not telephone the police,and carry the death women to buried her on the mountains of Red Rock. They do it,and decided not said nothing about all that they pass in this crazy weekend. ...This double DVD depicts the horrors of the 'Jewish Question' and the 'Final Solution', showing the conception of different killing methods, detailed eye witness accounts both by the survivor and Nazis, and detailed computer animation to show you buildings / crematoriums that were destroyed by the Germans, when they realised that the war was over. This program was originally a BBC documentary and you can tell..... a very good quality drama / documentary, showing key decisions being made by the Germans that turned Auschwitz in to the Worlds biggest killing ground. As the German invasion in to Europe contimued, more and more Jews were being rounded up and the queation of what to do with them became a paramount importance to the German high command. Then Hitler wanted the Jews to 'Disappear' and the dawn of the holocaust of the Jew... Read review
