I've been practising yoga for a number of years. I go to a yoga class but in between classes I like to practise at home. I find it easier to motivate myself yo practise if I put on a DVD. This DVD takes you through the daily dozen" - essentially 12 yoga postures. The explanations are very thorough and it would be difficult to get it wrong if you follow the instructions. The presenter Sarah Ivanhoe does talk a lot and I tend to fast forward through the talking as I've heard it several times. There's an addtional section at the end which teaches the Salute to the Sun. This is an excellent DVD. Very good value for money. You can mix and match the postures by selecting a different set of postures each day.
