This DVD takes you through the daily dozen" - essentially 12 yoga postures. The explanations are very thorough and it would be difficult to get it wrong if you follow the instructions. The presenter Sarah Ivanhoe does talk a lot and I tend to fast forward through the talking as I've heard it several times. There's an addtional section at the end which teaches the Salute to the Sun. This is an excellent DVD. Very good value for money. You can mix and match the postures by selecting a different set of postures each day.
Advantages: Really easy to follow and works towards a healthier lifestyle Disadvantages: Maybe there could be more extras for a few more difficult exercises
...hour to run through the basic programme, but it feels like fifteen minutes, so not a chore at all. Exercise DVDs are generally bought in a bid to start a healthier life and we rarely follow through using them regularly, but this one I have actively stuck to every morning. It not only gets you fit, but relaxes you when you allow to spend that bit of time just on yourself. To top it off... I've dropped a dress size size using this for the last month, ...
