...- Introduction -
Drillbit Taylor is a movie that comes from the people behind Knocked Up and Superbad, or so the TV ads say anyway. This is the more family friendly version of those movies though, its not as rude as those movies I believe but it does have its own share of humour, being a comedy movie, of course. This is also the last movie that Owen Wilson had worked on before *that* incident in August, I believe filming finished in May or June last year, something like that.
As people probably know, I'm a big fan of Owen Wilson and I had heard about this movie for a few months, apart from him being in it though, I do like a good comedy and the story sounded quite good, so for all those reasons I decided to treat myself to another trip to the cinema to see it and I just got back from seeing it this afternoon, this review is being...

Advantages: Good introduction Disadvantages: Doesn't last long
...is suitable for nearly all ages and athletic levels, however if you do have health worries Barbara reccomends checking with your doctor before starting yoga.

10 minute miracle - a very slow introduction with a few standing bends. Very easy.
Advanced Power Stretch - Introduces the 'salute to the sun' which is meant to energise you in the morning. It takes a while to get used to the flow of the postures but after a couple of goes you'll sailing through the moves.
Yoga Balances - Very tricky! How to stand on one leg like a tree! I have absoloutely rubbish balance, but I did find after doing the video 4 or 5 times I noticeably improved.
Bottoms and Thighs - Lots of floor stretches and holding your legs in the air. A variety of easy and hard poses.
Tums - Works on the abdominals...

Advantages: Great for firming and trimming the body Disadvantages: Hurts when you first start
...I got this for my 40th Birthday and at first was fed up that my sister thought i was getting fat.
However, looking back and realising she was right was not the best moment i've ever had.
I started by skipping through the DVD purely because i have had fitness DVD's before and found they moved so quickly you couldn't get out of one position or move before they moved two further on.
I was pleasantly surprised that not only did Barbara explain all the moves she showed each one and moved on at a pace that even a beginner could follow with ease.
Also included is a 28 day diet plan which i found helpful and inspiring, not to mention found some very healthy and tasty new receipes.
After my first session i thought it was not too bad and i wouldn't notice the benefit. How wrong could i have been. Not only did i ache in places i...
