I decided to get a yoga video and it was pointed out to me, that the best video to get would be Barbara Currie as she is 58 years old and what she looks like speaks for itself. Getting excercise videos from the latest star who has brought one out, may be all well and good, but be realistic we are never going to look like them. This lady looks like she is in her 30's and all from yoga, so she must be doing something right.

This video caters for beginners and advanced users, there are 3 people on the video, Barbara Currie and 2 other ladies, one demonstrates the beginners exercises and the other lady demonstrates the advanced, it is so easy to follow.
There are eight 10 minute sections to this video, so you can do each section at your leisure.
The first is the 10 minute miracle which comprises of a sequence of movements to stretch and tone all the major muscles in your body.
The advanced Power stretch that firms and energises every part of your body, this is good to do in the morning before you go to work.
The next section is Yoga Balances, to tone your thighs and bottoms, whilst clearing your mind.
Bottoms and thighs, floor movements to keep your lower back and thighs in shape.
Tums section. Will flatten your tum and tone your midriff and waistline. This part was very good and heartening, as she does say that it can be hard to tone your stomach expecially after having children, she then goes on to say that they each have so many children each, and their stomachs are very toned, so for all those people out there who have had children, this may be the ideo for you.
The next was arms and bust, it also helps to reduce neck and shoulder tension.
Power Stretching, this is ideal to do before a good nights sleep.

I have just finished doing this video, and feel very fit, you can really feel that it has worked.
Barbara keeps your spirits up through this video by saying dont worry if you cannot stretch all the way, as it will all come eventually after practise.
This really is a excellent video, and the best thing is that it is in 10 minute sections, so you don't have to do it all at once.
