I have to be honest, this film is good but not excellent. It makes a good movie for a girls night in with a bottle of wine and a large bar of cadbury's, but had I paid to see it at the cinema I'd of been disappointed.
Goldie's been is some fab films and this doen't quite live up to it. Yet still its entertaining and has some good giggles to it. I would probably recommend purchasing it on DVD if you can get a good price.
So what's it about? This is a story of how after 20 years two past groupies meet up and are shocked by the differences in their lives. Suzette (Goldie) is still the fun loving, hanging on to her youth groupie that she ever was. But in contrast, Lavinia (Susan Sarandon) is a prim and proper housewife.
