A short summary
This trip report will focus on the trip that my wife Nikki and I took to NYC in the period from July 5th - 11th 2004. Prelude
We have been talking about visiting NYC for many years now and we finally got a chance to see it when we took a family trip to the USA. We decided to first go to my sister in Ohio and spend a few days there. After this we would go to NYC and then go home to Norway from there.

Advantages: Very well structured exercises, suitable for all abilities Disadvantages: some exercises a little difficult
Having not done ballet since I was about 10 or 11, now I'm in my 30's I was unsure whether or not I would be able to do this workout, I managed it although I had to do it in 2 halves and although I found my feet weren't placed exactly right I still managed to get a good workout.
This Dvd is good for toning up muscles you never realised you had, and it start's off at a gentle pace and gradually increases and because it is placed in small sections (17 of them!) you get to work every bit of your body.
Ballet exercises are good for all over toning!
It is good for both beginner's and experience users/dancers alike, and I definitely recommend it!! ...

My boyfriend turned 30 a few weeks ago and for his present I booked us a trip to NewYork and the Wellington Hotel is where I picked for us to stay due to its central location in Manhattan.
Last Wednesday we flew out to NYC and checked into the Wellington.
If you didn't know already this is where part of the Borat film was made, the main scene being where he tries to unpack his things in the lift thinking its his room and so many Borat jokes ensued in the elevators during our stay.
The location of the hotel is amazing, its a 1 minute walk from Carnegie Hall, 2 minutes from Central Park and 5 minutes from Times Square and is located on the corner of 55th Street and 7th Avenue. The placement of the hotel was my favourite thing about it as it was just so easy to walk to some of the city's best attractions from here.
