weightloss. I did not buy this DVD as I need to lose weight, but love Yoga and thought I might do a little extra at home rather than paying an fortune to go to an extra class. After a month of doing the DVD... if i'm honest only once a week, I have not lost any weight. I have felt some increased toning though in ceratin parts of my body. I am not suggesting that you cannot lose weight by doing these workouts, but I am the kind of person that thinks oh i've done a bit of excerise now i'm going to eat chocolate.
I personally find Yoga very relaxing and gives me a bit of 'me time'. I found that this DVD has actually helped me to relax even further than when I attend one Yoga session a week. I did not however find that it gave me any me time. Realistically what it achieved was for my other half to take photos of me without me knowing ...
Advantages: I will be thinner! Disadvantages: It will be hard work - but worth it!

This week was harder than my first week, I get terrible PMS which leads to cravings and also affects my mood a lot. I have had several bouts of tearfulness and some terrible mood swings. Normally a couple of bars of chocolate would help, (I am sure it does something to calm my moods), but obviously that is out of the question.
Money has been a bit short this week too which has added to the stress but at least I have not ruined my diet!
I actually lost more this week, 7.5lbs! Woohoo! That means I have nearly lost a stone in two weeks! I don?t expect the weightloss to keep up this speed but I am really happy about it! The main thing I did better this week is drinking water, I am sure that I have been drinking my 2 litres a day and I really do feel so much better ...

I was given this dvd as a christmas present, and so far all I can say is that this was one of the best gifts I have ever been given. Louise Soloman states that if the workout is completed 3 times a week for a month, you will see a deifnite change in your body shape, including weightloss and tone. Well for once this is a statement that is true. I have been doing the dvd consistently now for 3 weeks and I have alreayd dropped a dress size.
I have never experienced a workout dvd like this. There are no over strenuous exercises that have you attempting to split your body in half like most yoga or pilates dvds, and everything is taken in a slow easy pace so you can feel the muscles toning with each stance.
