...Steven Isserlis is an outstanding cellist. When you listen his playing alive, which I did, you can see how he captures you with his playing. I am a professional viola player for twenty years. I have listened many recordings of Bach cello suites from Rostropovich to Peter Bruns. Isserlis plays the suits in a way that you can find something different in his interpretation. Specially the 6th suit. That suit is very difficult to play actually. You should listen and hear it yourself how it flows. I have to also add the price is actually not that expensive. Because you are going to have the six suits which are usually come in two cds and plus interesting piece again by Bach , Cant del Ocells, ( Song of the Birds'). I highly recommend the cd who are interested in solo cello music, Bach or classical music....

Advantages: J. S. Bach; all musicians and vocalists; Karajan. Disadvantages: Karajan's big, ponderous sound and historical inauthenticity, for some.
...choose to take it for what it is - and still enjoy some first-rate performances of two works that again serve to remind us of the towering genius that was Johann Sebastian Bach. Four-and-a-half stars (rounded off to five).

?DVD Builder? is the best program of the bunch; it is easy to use yet not so basic as to put off more advanced users. I feel the price of Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 Platinum is worth paying just for ?DVD Builder? program alone.
Roxio CD & DVD Creator 6 Platinum also includes Photo suite 5. This is not the best Image editing program on the market but is capable enough when editing, altering or manipulating images. It also has a handy slideshow feature to view your artwork.
?Creator Classic? has been updated from previous versions. A nice touch is that when you put your blank media into your CD or DVD recordable drive the program automatically detects...
