...If your like me and really like Lene Marlin's style you'll like this DVD. She plays her way through about 13 songs - all studio based, so there's not actually all that much to view although the multi angle is used a couple of times. I would have preferred a concert, but it is similar to the MTVunplugged series.

The picture is excellent on this DVD and the sound is great too, although I was disappointed that although amazon and play said this had DTS it infact didn't. The DD5.1 mix is superb though.

...by Fleetwood Mac : the video was designed to get an oriental touch : it won the best adult contemporary video from Billboards magazine in 1998.

Advantages: Great for the big fan Disadvantages: Won't mean a lot to the non-fan
...To start this review I would like to point out that The Smashing Pumpkins are my favourite band so can probably do very little wrong.

They (to be fair) are new videos, but they are basically live covers of songs already done. It is cool seeing the band doing a live set but I think they should have built the DVD to be a "live" or "unplugged" DVD rather than "new videos" as this misleads the user somewhat. The backstage aspects are very typical of band DVD's and you wonder if it's actually them you see or the "rock and roll" life style...
