DVD Description
One of the most prolific men in late twentieth century pop music, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds is not as well known as he should be. This is because, like a the pre-public Michael Bolton, he devotes most of his talent to writing songs for other people. The multi-award winning and chart topping songwriter has penned tunes for major stars including Boys II Men and Toni Braxton. But Babyface has performed a slew of his own hits as well -- smooth, well-crafted love songs like "Tender Lover," "Whip Appeal," and "This Is For The Lover In You." Music videos for these songs, plus several others, are included on this video compilation, which should help Babyface become the visibly star that he deserves to be.

Advantages: raw footage, see them live! Disadvantages: some bad camerawork/editing
...This is the latest Sublime video/DVD to be released. It basically covers what little the other two left out. The first video gives you all the music videos they made, second gives you a documentary (all-be-it not covering everything you'd wish for), and this gives you pure live performances.
As a die-hard Sublime fan I have seen almost all footage of the band that is floating around so have seen many of the live videos of their gigs. Knowing this I have to say that there are a lot of performances absent from this video that should have been on there. Still, there are also some that should and if you are a Sublime fan then you should have this in your collection. A lot of the fans the band have never got the chance to see them live and this is that chance!

...The Smashing Pumpkins: 1991-2000 Greatest HitsVideoCollection visually charts the progress of the band from grunge rockers to AOR stars.
The grainy early videos ("Siva snd "Rhinoceros") depict the progressive psychedelia of their early sound.
Despite the continuation of an alternative music style on Siamese Dream (the group's first album with Virgin), the videos from this era become more mainstream in a blatant attempt to get MTV airplay.
Matching the commercial and accessible style of the album, the Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness videos are big-budget numbers.
Drawing on their long-standing fascination with 70s youth culture, the "1979" video provides another romanticised depiction of that period, while the awarding-winning "Tonight, Tonight" is a clever remake of Méliès Trip to the Moon.
The epic style continues...
