Atom - Vol. 1 (Animated)

Advantages: Not over complicated, easy to watch
Disadvantages: Lacking in quality dialogue

...A truly fantastic film from the master of action films Quentin Tarantino. Kill Bill takes you on a bloodthirsty whirlwind trip that only leaves you wanting more. Kill Bill Vol.1 portrays an imersive world that draws you in without detracting from the real point of the film, the central plot flowing smoothly through the picture and the understated acting making the overall feel of the film as sharp as the swords. This picture will deliver everything the trailer promised us and will leave you hungering for Vol.2. A must see for any Tarantino fan and a definate recomendation to any fan of action films, especilally those fond of Japanese style martial arts pictures. Advantages: good animation
Disadvantages: sometimes weak story

...Summary- The anime trinity blood is about the vatican city who sends people to kill the vampires that are terrorizing earth. One such executor Abel who is sent out on a mission meets a girl called Ester, where from there on the story of the two develops. Review- Animation- Spectacular. Starting off with amazing character designs, they incorporate computer technology, with breathtaking and wonderfully drawn settings, engrossing the audience into the trinity blood world. Story- the story about vampires and the vatican rule is both good and bad with its bad parts and then it can be really amazing. The character and story development maintains but not as great as most animes do. Overall this anime is worth a watch but can sometimes be hard to maintain a constant watch of the series. Advantages: The characters are so insane and energetic YOU will need a sedative after watching them!!
Disadvantages: There is no apparent plot, this series could go on forever without moving forward.

...One aspect of this series that can quickly be realised after the first couple of episodes is that it's popularity and energy all stems from the character Excel. She is an amazingly strange girl who is loud and obsessed with her leader Ilpalazzo, she is clueless and quite likely to die as she did in the first episode (no kidding). What I especially like is that the writer Koshi Rikdo has also been animated and appears at the beginning of every episode to grant the others characters or staff to turn the anime into...whatever!. This is just an experimental anime and every episode there is a different theme: animals, rock, drama, war. With hilarious results!!. My only problem is the cast for the English Dub. I recommend you watch this series with the Japanese Audio switched on, the Japanese cast far surpass the American cast.... Read review
