Asia - Music In Review (+Book)

...historians Sarah Mandy (Asia Argento) and colleague Gisele open the casket to see its treasures. Three statues, a knife and an unusual tunic are all that sit inside, all featuring ancient writing. Upon opening the casket however Gisele accidentally cuts herself, and when she sends Sarah off to get a book to help decipher the inscriptions she is attacked by an army of deformed creatures and a rather petulant monkey. Having broken Gisele's jaw, they sever her stomach and strangle her with her own intestines, before preparing for an attack on Sarah. ...Asia Argento's first full length directorial debut is apparently an autobiographical tale of her life. The movie began as a novel about her upbringing and time in the movie industry which Asia was writing in order to exorcise her demons. When her father (acclaimed horror director Dario Argento) read the first 10 pages of this book he told her "this is a film". With that Asia abandoned her World War One epic, and began work on Scarlet Diva instead. In Scarlet Diva, Asia plays a character called Anna Battista, a young woman raised in an unusual upbringing who has consistently worked in movies. Although in a certain amount of emotional turmoil, Anna's life slips down a notch when she has a one night stand with an Australian musician called Kirk. ...(cant believe nobody has reviewed this yet, its like my favourite programme ever XD) Naruto is an animated series about a group of newly graduated young shinobi from Konoha, the Country of Wind. The main character is Naruto, who was born with the mark of the nine-tails demon fox when the previous ninja ruler of the country sacrificed himself to capture the beast. The show is about Naruto and his team-mates adventures, such as doing missions, fighting exams and confronting the forces of evil. Yet somehow, the prankster character of Naruto shines through, and so the plot is sometimes serious and other times hilarious. As Japanese anime goes, Naruto is high-class.
