...series sees the lads back again and this time off to Cuba.
The lads are doing a job in Russia, When the jobs there on goes badly wrong, In fact it gets blown to bit. In a panic the lads come back home to the UK. Where they are contacted to help rebuild the British Embassy following a hurricane. As it's a "British Embassy" apparently the law states only British nationals may work on diplomatic buildings, this is where the Magnificent Seven come to the rescue.
Dennis is the gaffer again, this time not just in charge of the lads but also in charge of the entire job. Dennis also has a love interest in this series with Wyman's Mum :), Oz also falls for a ballerina and seriously thinks about staying in Cuba.

Advantages: The Best Sitcom on TV Disadvantages: No Extras
...I'll confess to not discovering this little gem of a series until the start of season four, but one episode in I was hooked and have managed to complete the full back catalogue on DVD.
Still Game focuses on the stories of the elderly residents of Craiglang, a down at heel district of Glasgow. But don't be fooled into thinking this is another twee sitcom in the style of 'As TimeGoes By' or 'Last of the Summer Wine'. The language is ripe and the subject matter more than a little close to the bone. It's also very, very funny.
Series6 sees a little more slapstick than earlier seasons and at 7 episodes runs a little longer than the standard. Again the real disappointment with the boxed set is the lack of extras attached. I had hoped for last years hogmanay special to be included but it isn't. Hopefully at some point these extras episodes...
