To be honest U get fed up with seeing America try to be funny as their humour is so very different. They most certainly do not have the quality in comedy as England do which is why they usually involve sex as a way to be funny. American Pie supports this very fact but all ina ll it is a very funny movie but comes nowhere near the likes of Notting Hill, The Full Monty, A Fish Called Wonder and such others.
The story is about four boys trying to lose their virginity. Off course it has the usual completley useless scenes like the apple pie scene where a certain boy does something not to pleaseant to an apple pie. And of course it defines the worlds teenage boys which is a little sad to see! If there all like this then women are never going to get what they deserve! However it really is a wonderfully funny film for those with a good sense of homour. It really isnt for parents (although the father makes the movie! You'll see what I mean when you watch it) it isnt the type of movie your mum would appreciate.
A good movie, if a little sappy, and well, typicaly american! (Not that Im against america as I can see that becoming an issue, but im giving my honest opnion!)
