I was listening to the commentary on the DVD recently, which I really do urge anyone else to do, it’s really quite funny and I was intrigued as they were always mentioning the budget, telling us that to have an extra actually say something instead of just being involved in a scene was going to blow their budget! ...

He lets the cast blend together well and one he gets the group dynamic he was clearly looking for the film works all the better for it. The film was released in 1999, and grossed well over $225 million. ...American Pie 2 is easily my favourite of all the series, released in 2001 I remember the day I got my mum to purchase it for me - being underage at the time - and then I promptly put it into my PS2 (my only DVD player at the time) to watch. The PS2 asked me to make a code for age restricted DVD's in the future, bloody child protection on everything these days, although in the rush I just put in any old numbers and that prevented me from ever being able to watch American Pie 2 again - as I couldn't remember the code. Six years later DVD's aren't an unusual item to have in a house, so in preparation for this review I put American Pie 2 in my DVD player and watched it this morning. Advantages: Pure comedy, very funny cast
Disadvantages: Not suitable for family viewing

...with girlfriend Heather who is on an exchange trip to France but this doesn't always go to plan thanks to, guess who, yes, Stifler! The party is less than two weeks away and when Jim indulges in some private time with himself and some pornography some hugely embarrassing and hysterical situations unfold. Without giving too much away lets just say he mistakes superglue for lubricant and his dad comes to his rescue. The party and Nadia don't go entirely to plan in the end; you will just have to find out the rest for yourself?. Soundtrack In my opinion this soundtrack is the best one out of all 5 of the American Pies, with such bands and groups as, Blink 182, Green Day, American Hi-Fi, Sum 41, 3 doors Down and Alien Ant Farm to name a few.
