America - Live In Central Park 1979 DVD

Advantages: It's Yes with Rick Wakemen
Disadvantages: sound quality dvd only 60 mins

...Great, a DVD of Yes with the classic line-up, with the exception of drummer Bill Bruford, who I think was with King Crimson at the time. The main problem with this DVD is it's only 60 mins long and the sound quality is a bit like a copy from a VHS. Still, apart from all that we do get to see and hear yes performing in Philadelphea, USA in 1979. It opens with Siberian Khatru, which is ok, and it then follows with a couple of Anderson choices, which are not exactly memorable. But after that, it comes into its' own with Starship Trooper, which has what can only be described as a contest between Steve Howe on guitar and Rick Wakeman on a portable keyboard instrument. This a definite plus point of this DVD. I've Seen All Good People and Roundabout follow and are perfomed equally well. What a shame the DVD is so short. (A bit like... Read review

...Friends is an excellent dvd - i would recomend to anyone - when your feeling down - pop it on i can garentee it will cheer you up - i have all the series and i think you should buy this series today - friends is basically about six very good freinds who all have a very close relationship /friendship. - its based in america and includes central park - the cast include courney cox (monica) , jenifer aniston (rachel) lisa kudrow (pheobe) matt le blanc (joey) david shwimmer (ross) and mathew perry (chandler), it shows day to day experiences and can have it's sensitive parts but the main parts are very funny - i can watch over and over and still enjoy to watch it again- grab this dvd today you wont regret it !!... Advantages: laugh out loud hilarity

...if your looking for the ultimate in laugh out loud guys night in movies, look no further. this movie combines all the great (and gross) parts of the hit comedy central tv show, show park with live action slap stick comedy that every man loves to see. the basic plot is simple, if not a little strange, 2 (Coop and Remur) invent a game whilst trying to impress some girls. (we've all been there). the game soon catchs on in the neighbour hood, then all over america. everything is going ok, until a woman (Yasmine Bleeth) gets involved and the guys start to fight for her. que the camp villain who tries to ruin the game for everyone. it seems cliche to say, but BASEketball really is a laugh a minute comedy. the writing is genius, with such classic moments as the "stoner argument" (dude, dude! dude! dude..
