America 911 DVD

Advantages: excellent media studies resource, very informative
Disadvantages: can be abit patronising in some places, but it doesn't go past the typical moore style

...and two faced but that was really surprising.Anyway enough of that before i spoil the whole documentary! Although i found Moore midly irrating at times, he still presents a worthwhile, interesting documentary, with some questions that definatly need to be answered. I would recommend this DVD for anyone interested in the politics of America and 9/11, as well as anyone who is generally interested in what goes on behind the cameras. I would also highly recommend it to anyone doing a project related to America, 9/11 or documentaries.... Read review

Advantages: Interesting, informative and previously unknown information revealed
Disadvantages: Too bias, edited selectively to show Bush's many downfalls

...This film raises many interesting political issues, such as conspiracy, confidentiality and of course not to forget mind blowing stupidity. Moore provides much information which was previously not revealed to the public in this very thought provoking documentary. The film begins with Bush's election, which is now known to have been rigged, as Al Gore actually recieved more votes that Bush did. However when your brother has control of the most crucial state in America how could he now win?! The film also reveals how Bush actually spent most of his time on holiday until the 9/11 bombing, the film becomes very interesting here as Moore reveals the American connection with the Bin Laden family and many Saudi Arabians.
