Investigating a very strange supernatural force, Edward Carnby sees himself involved in the biggest case of his career. With an archaeologist by his side helping him to delve back centuries, but the further back they go and more they discover the path gets more mysterious.
I brought this roughly 2 years ago and my main reason to purchase it was that Christian Slater was playing the main role and i have always been interested in his movies. But Uwe boll (director) completely ruined a movie and personally embarrassed a great actor on dvd. This movie has so much more potential to become a great movie and could have been used in correlation with the gaming franchise but noooo, Uwe boll decided that he had to ruin everything and make a mockery of the "alone in the dark" franchise.
This is a film that you must not watch because it ruins and weakens Christian Slaters abilities and has a pathetic and weak cast.( i still like Christopher Slater).

Conclusion
A movie that must not be watched by anyone who hates Uwe boll or like Christopher slater and is considered a waste of time, definantly don't watch it. (I still like Christopher Slater).
