Sorry, but I didn't like this section. I felt patronised and made to feel a bit thick. It was as though us 'ordinary women' knew nothing about healthy lifestyles. Most of their comments are just a matter of common sense and nothing we haven't heard ... more

Then we have that great double act Gordon and Tana Ramsey giving us tips on healthy eating.
This is a fun program for anyone starting from a more basic level of fitness and i highly recommend it. Not really for someone who wants to challenge/punish themselves though,
That said, it is easy to follow, fun and allows you to pick from a variety of exercises so you don't get bored having to do the same thing each day, which is mainly why i bought it.
