i bought this item after watching the programs on the television last year, my interest was raised in this after watching only 3 or four episodes, after only watching a few episodes i had allready made the decsion that i wanted to buy the DVD when i next had the opertunity to do so, and i would say that each and every indiduval penny i of my money i have spend on this program has not been wasted i would highly recommend this comedy for many reasons i dont have enough time in the world to type it out but i can give you a few main ones
this comedy not only appeals to your sense of humour but can easy interact with your sense of adventure aswell as each character can lead you into a many senerios that will keep the any entertained for generations to come and this sitcom has taken a very sad event and turned it into amazing portrate of world war 2 and can feed the views a few facts to enable them to gain a breif understanding of what the war was like.

the main story starts in france in a renés café where rene and his wife run a cafe that falls center places to some rather unsual activitys such as exploding xmas puddings and other mishaps such as his wifes singing which draw people away from the cafe but doesnt defend rene from trouble
i would highly recommend this product to anyone even people who have experience world war 2 because this program in no-way can offend only amuse
